Deer Safaris – Sat 4th Dec ’21

No trip to Stourton is complete without enjoying a Deer Safari on the tractor & trailer!  These are running as part of our Christmas Open Day on Saturday 4th December.  You will go for a tour around the estate and see the red deer and stags in the parks.

A limited number of these tours will be running throughout the day, you can also book online – they will last about 45 minutes.  Infants under 2 are free of charge, but must sit on knees.

If you haven’t visited us before (or even if you have!) this is an experience not to be missed.  Get up close and personal with the Red Deer from the safety of the elevated position seated on the trailer.

Wheelchair access is available – we have an elevated platform at the back of the trailer, please make a note of this on your booking if it is needed.

Tours will start from the woodland parking area – look out for the tractor & trailer!

We are accessible from the A158, look for the signage on the roadside turning down Clays Lane and following the signs to Stourton Estates / the Walled Garden Baumber.  PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM THE CAISTER HIGH STREET B1225.

Once on the Estate after 50 yards turn right on the chalk road across the field signed Stourton Estates, to the woodland beyond where there is a parking area available.
