Enchanting Woodland Weddings in our Safari Tent

Couples can host their wedding reception in our beautiful and unique safari tent which is nestled within our tree lined arboretum.

The Safari Tent seats 100 guests and can accommodate up to 150 evening guests – smaller celebrations are always welcomed in this incredibly versatile space with fabulous grounds and views over the deer parks and lakes.

The venue is in a sheltered position surrounded by majestic woodland.  We provide a full bar service as standard, working with Decanter bar who work tirelessly to ensure you and your guests have drinks flowing throughout.  Festoon lighting throughout the tent and arboretum means that not only is the venue beautiful by day but twinkles by night!

All Weddings include Professional Wedding Planning Support from point of Booking to on the Day delivery with AmyLaurenWeddings so you will feel supported throughout your wedding journey and confident your wedding day will go to plan.

The safari tent venue is sheltered by  woodland with super views across the lake with deer grazing in sight on our parkland.

There are plenty of choices of places for blessings within the grounds and many couples choose to have their blessing in this fabulous view point supported by close family and friends.  With solid wooden benches made from timber from our own woods, we can seat up 96 guests, with the option of using this beautiful hexagon to frame the view and deer passing by – it makes a lovely spot!

  • Exclusive use of the stunning safari tent on your wedding day set within the arboretum with wooden flooring throughout with views down to the lakes and parkland, home to our herds of Red Deer
  • Single point of contact professional, dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator support from booking to on the day to co-ordination to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day
  • Exclusive & private wedding venue area within the arboretum & reserved guest parking area with overnight parking available
  • A solid hand-crafted wooden bar, fully licensed with service provided by luxury mobile bar Decanter, to serve you a full range of arrival drinks, cocktails, beers, lagers & cider throughout
  • Beautiful interior wooden trestle tables and chairs for your guests
  • Fully lit and plumbed-in toilets with running water (with baby change & disabled facility)
  • Battery powered BOSE speaker for you to stream your own music, should you wish to use this
  • Rustic outdoor picnic tables and a fire-pit with benches surrounding, supplied with our very own logs
  • Festoon lighting decorating the safari tent and giant poles with festoon lighting guiding guests from the parking area to the arboretum
  • Dedicated space for a catering facility with water supply close by
  • Log burner within the safari tent for heating along with fuel (weather dependant)
  • Access to the site from 9am the day before, for you and your suppliers to set up and decorate / personalise the space as you wish
  • Access to the site up to 12 midday the day after the event for you and your suppliers to take down
  • Plus all the technicalities such as a 30Kva three phase generator and water supply for suppliers and bands/disco’s to use
