We have a great range of steaks: fillet, rump, sirloin, haunch and frying steak.
The quality of these steaks are fantastic and all need little more than a VERY quick flash fry on a skillet or frying pan.
Here are our best tips to get you started:
Defrost, oil and season the STEAKS with vegetable oil, heat the pan until hot, FRY for 1-2 mins on each side, leave to REST whilst you plate up accompaniments and SERVE! Possibly with chips / new potatoes & salad alongside a pot of dijon mustard / redcurrant jelly – ENJOY!

We offer free delivery of all orders of frozen venison over £25 (or alongside another log / landscaping product order) within a 20 mile radius from LN9 5PB. Normally our orders are delivered each week on a Tuesday or Thursday and we phone you the day before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery. To maintain its freshness our venison is frozen and it will be still frozen when we deliver it to you. If you are unable to be at home to take delivery of your order please ensure that there is a cool-box on your doorstep so that we can pop it in there to keep it fresh. If you are planning on entertaining then you will need to factor some time in to your preparations to defrost your venison thoroughly before use.

All of our deer are lovingly reared on our farm, enjoying their life in our sweeping and peaceful parkland and woodland. All our venison is butchered and packaged by local butchers and then we label it at the farm before freshly freezing it for your convenience..
