Location & Entrance

Visitors to Autumn Fest will find the event at Stourton Woods, off the A158 between Baumber and Wragby, the closest post-code is LN9 5NL, however this may not prove 100% reliable.  The entrance is signed from the A158 roadside: Stourton Estates (& the Walled Garden Baumber).  Visitors should drive down Clays Lane and follow signs to the car park on the right hand side.  DO NOT USE THE MAIN OFFICE POST-CODE LN9 5PB as it will take you completely the wrong way!

Grounds

The event is being held within woodland, over parkland and in the arboretum on the old Stourton Estate.  An extensive programme of works have been undertaken to restore the grounds, on the estate to make them safe, accessible and manageable for visitors, however visitors should note that we are working farm and the ground is uneven in places.

Accessibility

Disabled parking is available closer to the main entrance of the Stourton Estate, if this is required please make this known to a marshal on site and they will give you full details of where to park.  Whilst the main track and pathways will be suitable for most wheelchairs and pushchairs, some areas may be tricky to reach by the very nature of the ground conditions.

Nature of Event

This event is totally family friendly and we welcome families to it, however parents must ensure that children are accompanied at all times whilst attending the event.

Rubbish

We have limited facilities for waste disposal and/or recycling so we request that where possible rubbish is taken home and disposed of responsibly.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are permitted on site if cleared up after and kept on a lead at all times.

Public Safety

Visitors will be expected to carry out any reasonable request from organisers/marshalls with regards to public safety whilst on site.

Stourton Estates cannot accept any responsibility for illness, injury, losses incurred as a result of visiting this site.

Stourton Estates reserve the right to refuse any application and request that anyone acting in a way that is threatening, abusive or under the influence of excess alcohol to leave the site immediately.

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that external providers do not deliver promised services to Stourton Estates, we will do our best to source alternatives, however no refunds will be given to those who have booked tickets.
