Our burgers are hand pressed and made from 100% venison mince and lightly seasoned with our home-tested custom spice mix. Containing just salt, ground pepper, paprika, cumin, onion powder & thyme, they have no artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives and importantly are Gluten-Free. We freshly freeze the burgers and vacuum pack them for your convenience.
Once defrosted we recommend frying them in a little cold pressed rapeseed oil in a hot pan turning frequently until cooked, or simply grill them for around 10-12 minutes, leaving them still pink in the middle. You can cook them for longer if preferred. Why not serve the burgers in a bun with some crunchy salad leaves and relish or slaw?
Our burgers are all freshly frozen and vacuum packed, sold in packs of 4 (£10) or 2 (£5).
